Prior to founding Fundament, Ben acted for 12 years as country head of Round Hill Capital, including 5 years as CEO of Vitus Group. Selected previous experience includes Head of German and Austrian real estate business for Pears Global, Director of Acquisitions at The Mills Corp. and KanAm Group in Munich, and Director of New Business Development at Tishman Speyer Properties in London and New York.

Ben holds a Dual Masters degree in Business Management and Engineering from TU Berlin  and Masters of Real Estate Development from USC, Los Angeles.

Prior to joining Fundament, Philipp was CFO of a German family office. From 2006 to 2020 he worked together with Ben Lehrecke at Round Hill Capital, Vitus Group and Pears Global focusing on M&A and financings. Previous experience include apellas, a joint venture of Soros Real Estate Partners, Lazard and Apax Partners Corporate Finance.

Philipp holds a Master degree in business from Bocconi university, Milan, with major in finance.

Prior to joining Fundament, Fabian spent 6 years in various investment and asset management positions at Round Hill Capital. Most recently, he was responsible for acquisitions in Germany.

Fabian holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Cologne Business School, Cologne, majoring in Finance.

Prior to joining Fundament, Gina was Development Manager at Round Hill Capital, responsible for portfolio development and construction.
She has previously worked in leading roles for Mibeg Investment International and KIZ Group, gaining experience in real estate development, building law and finance across multiple European jurisdictions.

Gina holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from University of Applied Sciences/ Wismar.

Prior to joining Fundament as Head of Asset Management, Carsten was Head of Asset Management at Round Hill Capital, Group Director 3rd Party Management at Vitus Group, COO at Elad Group, Construction Project Management and leading the advisory services at GFP Enders for commercial and technical due diligence in Germany.

Carsten is Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from TU Berlin and a degree as Real Estate Investment Advisor from European Business School (EBS).

Prior to joining Fundament, Lucas was Investment Manager at a Munich family office. He previously gained experience working with private equity investors and asset managers, including Ardian, Patron Capital, and Round Hill Capital.

Lucas holds a Bachelor and Masters degree from WHU–Otto Beisheim School of Management, Vallendar.

Prior to joining Fundament, Sebastian served as Vice President in the Asset Management division at Round Hill Capital, overseeing the German market for 7 years. His career also includes experience in residential real estate valuation at CBRE, along with establishing a property management function within a family office setting.

Sebastian holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Passau and an Executive Master of Science in Real Estate (Immobilienökonom IREBS).

Prior to joining Fundament, Jonas worked in asset management for Family Offices, focusing on leasing and operational improvements. He was responsible for leasing and redevelopment in a joint venture with Brookfield Properties, optimizing property performance and tenant experience.

Jonas holds a professional degree in Real Estate Management from the European Business School in Bochum.

Prior to joining Fundament, Fabian was an Investment Manager at Axoneo Group, a Munich-based family office. Previously, he gained extensive experience in corporate and real estate investments at Heimstaden and Round Hill Capital focusing on M&A, real estate investment, asset management, and financings over the past seven years.

Fabian holds a Bachelor degree in Economics and a Master degree in Real Estate Management from the International Real Estate Business School, Regensburg, majoring in Real Estate Finance.

Prior to joining Fundament, Julian held positions in technical asset and construction management for major residential real estate companies and institutional investors.

He was responsible for apartment renovation, large-scale energy-efficient refurbishments, the handling of insurance-related structural damage, and the coordination of all technical services across extensive property portfolios.

In earlier roles, he led renovation projects in occupied housing as a construction manager, leading teams and overseeing subcontractors and ensuring regulatory compliance, quality standards, and cost control.
